Hi Matthias,

I also have vdr 1.2.5, but dvb_2003_10_13 driver.

I experience the same thing on all sorts of channels (today on FTA
"hessen fernsehen"), but cannot reproduce the effects. One recording
from the same channel is okay, another might not be. Also picture/sound
are not synchronous.

However: if I run those recordings through PVAStrumento (make ps,
unconstrained blocks), the resulting MPEG can be played just fine by
mplayer. I suspect problems with my now several plugins, so I will
reduce them one by one until the problem does not occur anymore.

Sorry, my answer does not help you, but should show that you're not
alone.

I did not change my hardware, just installed a few more programs
(divx, mplayer, several plugins), that why I suspect these changes.

Kind regards Frederick
