Done. I have 1.2.6pre6 with Elchi-AIOb3, bitstreamout compiles fine
with gcc 2.95, but VDR does not start. The log indicates, that all
plugins are correctly initialized, but after "starting plugin:
bitstreamout" nothing happens anymore (except the automatic restarts
of VDR itself).

I have a Hermes MSI 651 with alsa 0.9.8 and Alsa compiled for intel8x0.
The same happens for 0.48pre2 and other 0.48pre versions.
