Bitstreamout 0.48preX is able to do that !
At least it did work as I last time tested it with 0.48pre2 and pre4 ;)

and also >=0.48pre4 if you switch off MP2 convert in the plugin settings !

I use SuSE 8.0 and it comes with a gcc 2.95 - maybee it is patched !? But
here I can compile all the versions of the Bitstreamout Plugin.
