[vdr] vdr 1.2.6 SUSE rpm packages available

Hi,

vdr 1.2.6 rpm packages are on their way to the ftp mirrors. They are
available at

ftp.suse.com/pub/suse/i386/supplementary/KDE/

For the new vdr you also need newer dvb drivers and utilities
contained in the dvb and km_dvb packages. km_dvb contains the source
code for the dvb kernel modules, you need to compile them to match
your running kernel. See the README file in the package for details.

The vdr package already includes the Tech-, ElchiAIO3b- and
autopid-Patch. The vdr init script now uses a modified runvdr script
to start vdr on tty9 to be able to control it via keyboard. Some
parameters for dvb and vdr can be tuned via /etc/sysconfig. Please
also have a look at the README.SuSE file of each package.

There are also rpms for distributions older than 8.2 available, they
are untested and might not work at all however. Please let me know
if they work for you.
