[vdr] Re: vdr 1.2.6 SUSE rpm packages available

Hi

I have some problems to get my remote-control running with the
suse-packages, usually i need to compile with 'REMOTE=LIRC VFAT=1'.

How can i get my homebrew remote control working with the suse vdr-packages?
The remote.conf from my second vdr-installation is already in the
/etc/vdr-directory. VDR, DVB and LIRC are started during boot and VDR is
running.

On my self installed vdr-system everything is running well on suse 8.2.

It would be great to use the suse packages with remote control. Maybe
integrated in the next suse distribution?

I believe other people will also be enjoyed about an info in the README.SuSe
'How to use a homebrew remote control on the seria1-port'.
