May be my messages on linux-dvb have not reached ggogle yet ...

Anyway, I have an Hercules Smart TV satellite card [1] which really
looks like a clone of the TwinhanDTV Sat-CI [2] or of your card [3]. 

I'm currently stuck with vdr failing to open /dev/dvb/adapter0/ca0
with a "no such device" error message.

In fact, the card works but the CAM is not yet supported by the dvb
driver. Manu Abraham is currently working on it: he told me that he is
almost done.

So, with some luck, you card (and mine) should be working within a few
days ( May be for Christmas ;-) ).
