ok, if have done it. In configure i get the following two line:
checking /usr/local/include/mpeg2dec -I/usr/include/mpeg2dec/mpeg2.h usability... no
checking /usr/local/include/mpeg2dec -I/usr/include/mpeg2dec/mpeg2.h presence... no
checking for /usr/local/include/mpeg2dec -I/usr/include/mpeg2dec/mpeg2.h... no

But if i ignore it and to a make, he build the noad executable.
So it seems, that this will fix the problem.
