[vdr] Problem with auto-updating channels.conf

I think the problems I've been having lately are mainly caused by
channels.conf becoming inconsistent after an automatic EPG scan. I'm
using a Budget DVB-T card and I generate channels.conf with
`scan -o vdr -x 0 -u`. channels.conf looks like this:

:@1
BBC ONE;BBC:489833330:C34D34M16B8T2G32Y0:T:27500:600:601=eng,602=eng:0:0:4163:9018:4099:0
:@2
BBC TWO;BBC:489833330:C34D34M16B8T2G32Y0:T:27500:610:611=eng,612=eng:0:0:4227:9018:4099:0

etc

The automatic scan tries to append some channels without the Freeview
numbers. I can't post examples, because my channels.conf currently
doesn't contain them, for obvious reasons. If necessary I'll be happy
to try to reproduce the problem and post the extra channels.

Anyway, I think this is the cause of the problem I've been having: after
a few hours I would find VDR running happily except with no sound or
picture. Quitting VDR would still leave the card in a non-working state,
because I couldn't use scan or tzap either. I had to fix channels.conf
and reboot before it started working again (in the past I have tried
reloading all the DVB modules after similar problems, but it seems only
a reboot is effective unless I've missed an option to force a reset
and/or firmware upload).
