Are the docs accessible in cvs?

cvs checkout: failed to create lock directory for 
`/var/cvsroot/text2skin/Docs' (/var/cvsroot/text2skin/Docs/#cvs.lock):

Also, are there any 16 color demo skins for version 1.0?  Im assuming 
that I cant test the 256 color skins without a ram upgrade.
