[vdr] vdr 1.3.18 with subtitles and ttxtsubs plugin

Hi all,

Trying to patch vdr 1.3.18 with the combined subtitles and ttxtsubs patch
(yse actualy for 1.3.17) give me the errors below. Any chance that the
patch will be updated ??
