Yes / No. But thanks for asking, anyway.

IMHO the API description is unclear about the meaning
of the pesType parameter. If you set a filter with DMX_OUT_TAP,
it is not obvious that DMX_PES_VIDEO feeds the stream to
the MPEG decoder.
