Maybe you should disable the EPG-scan. After 5h (default) vdr is tuning
to each channel and wait for epg data. My machine crashes during EPG scan
often. I set this value to 200h. "Crash" means "ARM RESET" and after this
it does not run properly.
The egp-data are refreshed every time you are visiting a channel, so you
do not need the auto epg scanning.
