There was a bug in the scan utitlity which made it spit out FEC_NONE
if FEC_NONE was specified in the initial tuning data, and the frontend
driver used for the scan was kind enough to ignore the invalid FEC.

This is fixed now (the initial tuning data files still contain the
invalid FEC_NONEs, but scan uses FEC_AUTO instead).

If your channel lists have FEC_NONEs in them, just go and replace
them by FEC_AUTO. Or do a new scan.
Or maybe we should change tzap to do it for you...
