I'm not sure if they are back to *normal*.

I noticed quite a few blocky passages in the live stream (no trick &
new firm) on all the "problem" channels. Record & playback work
no doubt, but the stream was pretty crappy. Other channels did not
exhibit this behavior (meaning it shouldn't be a setup problem of
some kind on my side).

Tested at 15:20 /  19:28 / 20:30 / 21:00 CET on RTL & RTL II
