For me it does not work for all dvds, sometimes it segsfault (always when 
navidating at dvd menus) and depending on the dvd I am playing image gets 
choppy or not. Also the start of the dvd is very slow ( I think it is all 
about decrypting libraries). When I do the same with mplayer (output via 
dvb-s) dvd playback works fine regardless the dvd but I can't do dvd menu 
navigation.
