ImageMagick uses mpeg2encode from another package, and that's what I've used to create my image, too... Anyway, that plugin serves a completely different purpose than you might think now, and I'll tell about it later when I've made sure that at least the idea works...
well i ask because i could not display imagemagic's svcd still using the drivers test_stillpicture tool and was wondering if you would use the dvb driver code or the old image plugin code. since quality of imagemagic is realy bad i wouldn't use it if i could avoid.
