this "feature" has been discussed several times. (and i always wanted to
have that.)

i just don't know why it was not implemented (any other cause than klaus'
short amount of time of course ;)- technically speaking it shouldn't be too
hard to implement some kind of "ram based" ring buffer.

eg. you're watching channel 1, ram is filled with the stream you are
watching at the moment, now you change the channel to #2. the stream is
written to ram beginning just at the ending of stream #1, when the allocated
ram is full it starts writing from the beginning.

when you press pause now, or rewind this stream is written to hd (so you can
buffer more time of stream).

with only 128mb of ram you could buffer about 4min.
