[vdr] patch for Subtitles and VDR 1.3.2

Here's a replacement patch for lates dvb subtitles plugin. Just fixed
couple of rejects, nothing more. Couldn't test it much yet, all channels
which are using dvb subtitles aren't broadcasting any subbed programs at
the moment. Just gave a quick test, seemed to work for live, replays and
recordings.

Follow these instructions

but don't apply the patch which is in the plugins archive, but instead use
this one. (in vdr-directory patch -p1 <vdr-1.3.2-DVBsubs-0.1.3.diff)

And build vdr/plugins as normal.
