On some channels it is broadcast on the video PID, on some channels on an 
extra PID.
The PCR can be found in the adaptation field of the TS, please refer to 
ISO-13181-1, section 2.4.3.2-4 for further information (if you don't have 
this standard - it was available on the net some time ago)

Another question:
You have that card from SigmaDesign if I remember correctly. Is it available 
in Europe (if you live in Europe), and from where do you get the drivers? Are 
they free?
