nope. I have a Epox 8KHA+ (VIA KT266A) and a Matrox G450.

I don't know, what I could do about it.
So I stop using overlay mode after and writing a few emails
and testing diffrent bios-options, X configurations, X versions
viewer programs as xawtv, tuxview and
lots of new drivers...
