[vdr] still image problems with some channels

OK I have modified the kernel so serial_core is now a module and lircd
is very well behaved.

I have another issue with all non-BBC channels on Astra 2D. I have sound
but image is scrambled.

These channels are visible in xine DVB.

I have upgraded my video driver to the latest unichrome driver for Epia
M10000 CLE266 chipset with XvMC. This could be the issue?
