kernels cause a complete kernel freeze after a short time. :( I'll try
to debug this as soon as my time permits.

It's a SMP kernel (Debian standard SMP kernels and selfmade 2.6.6/2.6.7 on
P4 HT). But there are no freezes - just restarts (which means VDR 1.2.6
starts up with usual logs and restarts at once without any error message
in the logs).

System is Debian Testing. With other progs (I think it was MythTV,
mplayer,...) tests worked.

But I'm glad to hear Klaus is going to support kernel 2.6 (as S-ATA in 2.4
is a misery and I'm considering to use PCI Express)! :-)
