Yep, though I'm not sure about the upper limit of lavc. Possibly 15000 or
even higher.
The value 10000 is from an email-discussion where one of the developers
(Arpi) suggested using it in case of jerky videos. In practice only 5000
gave me a smooth playback for the most critical videos.
