channels.conf for tzap is probably not up to date. Frequenzy for RTL DVB-T in 
Berlin is 658000000. This are the values from my vdr channels.conf.

Update tzap channels.conf with this values and try to tune to different 
channels. Sometimes it takes a while before they lock.
