Original question is for DVB over IP. RTP could be a solution to receive TS over
IP.

Nevertheless, I want to use Linux TV API with IP streams to use demux facilities
(/dev/adaptatorX/demuxX).
I'm looking for driver that could chain IP streams from demux driver, throw to
video driver (/dev/adaptatorX/videoX) and MPEG2 decoder (if exists on board).

In fact, I want to use applications like VDR, Dvbsnoop without changing any
things.
