Hi !

A more general question :

All i need is a graphical user interface (e.g. the OSD of the DXR3 Card) for 
choosing one (or more) files which are played with mplayer....
and it should work with lirc but this is the smallest problem.

Did nobody do this before ?  or could I take vdr and make symbolic links from 
/dev/ost/... to /dev/em8300* ? ;-)
But the OSD is different ...
