I would prefere RGB over Y/C over FBAS. Sometimes it is possible to drive VGA-Cards with PAL Timings. Then you have RGB Outputs with the right timing but mostly you need to build a sync on green circuit but the quality is much more better than Y/C or FBAS.
I know only one card which has an excellent FBAS Out and this is the DVB's.
The draw back is that your TV has to understand this what means that you have to have a RGB Input.
This is the hardwareview. On the softwareside you need drivers for your card which allow you to change the frequencies. And yes, the G200,G400 and G450 should do so. But this is untested by me. Sorry.

But hard to find.
