This is what i wan't. I looked into the VDR source, but unfortunately i 
don't know how to change that accordingly. I thought something like 
that:

I already asked Klaus for that, the good is he didn't say no to that. 
The bad is that this has not much priority and Klaus is working on more 
important things atm.

Maybe somebody else has the time and knowledge to provide a patch for 
that.

The search for timers is started after saving your entry, and of course 
in intervals. So the timers should be programmed. What is the name of 
the show?
