I tried it with VO="dfbmga",
the screen gone black a touch longer than with the old settings,
but i missed to change the audio device :(.
right now there is a recording running, will test it later.

VDR running fine for 2 hours now,
I only had the problem that only 4 channels where left,
all others where unavailable, after a restart and playing around with
the channels.conf did it, but right before the timer started it gave me
the same message but switched to the channel after a break.
