No wonder, since VDR apparently doesn't get connected to the CAM it
can't tell it to decrypt something different. And since the driver
itself doesn't send any CA_PMT data to the CAM any more a scenario
as you describe it is possible.

When doing so, please try my latest ftp://ftp.cadsoft.de/pub/etc/ci.c.
This one sends the initial T_CREATE_TC several times.
