[vdr] Re: 1.3.1 and Conax not working

Apparently the CA value was set to 1, which binds these
channels to the first device, but maybe there is still something
wrong with handling CA system ids then.

Good, that's how it's supposed to be.

In version 1.2.6 the CA handling was done somewhat different.

If in doubt, always set the CA field to 0 and let VDR figure out
automatically which device to use.
