It seems to be just a problem of initialization, (maybe it can be solved
from outside the firmware, just sending a signal to it or something like
that). I works if I load the driver and then insert the CAM in the slot.

This means there aren't remarkable differences between rev 2.1 and 2.2,
at least about CI.

If you have any suggestion to fix definitely the (now) little remaining
problem, I'm here.
