Are you sure? My 2.4.21-rc7 has no include/linux/videodev2.h.

The build-2.4 subdirectory of dvb-kernel has all the necessary
v4l2 stuff. But I don't know about bttv. Maybe Michael Hunold
or Gerd Knorr can tell you more...
