I have a av7110 based and a Budget card. When using the av7110
based card, I szap to another service on the same transpoder
(e.g. zdf) and then record the Euronews video stream with test_dvr.

I have no idea. Does it make a difference if you pull the CAM?
What if you use our driver?

The one you mentioned, 11954 MHz horizontal on Astra 1H.
