[vdr] Re: SV: CAM support, was Improved CAM support in VDR



...I've got a CI Rev 1.6, like I said the menu option doesn't work with my
Irdeto cam, the cam definately has a menu as I've used it in both a stb and
in the windows software, both of which correctly showed the menu.  I posted
logs previously which showed the CAM ignoring the menu request.
