well, I did not managed to make it work...

Here is the line that I have in my channels.conf:

Canal+                  :11856:V:S19.2E:27500:160:80:81:0:8201:0:0:0

When I start vdr, I have the following trace in the log file:

In the ca.conf, there is an id for the Canal Satellite encryption with 
id 14001.
14001  Canal Satellite France

I so changed the line of channels.conf to:
Canal+                  :11856:V:S19.2E:27500:160:80:81:14001:8201:0:0:0

and restarted vdr.

Then I get again the message:
vdr[28496]: switching to channel 3
vdr[28496]: ERROR: Channel not available!

I've tried different kind of encryption but it failed each time.

Note that when I don't set the encryption field to 14001 but to 0, there 
is no message in /var/log/messages. I only have a black screen.

Have you got an idea ?
